I am looking for a local source of the following push-on fasteners for unthreaded rods. I've checked all the local hardware stores, including my never-fail spot, but no one carries them in the sizes, 1/8 and 5/32, that I need. Nothing on the internet either, except the manufacturers and they won't sell small quantities. My last try will be Eddies, but he's some distance. They are used on the Stromberg carb linkage. Thanks for any help.

Try Kens Hardware on Fisher BLVD. in Toms River. They had a push nut that worked on my E-type linkage. It fit, but was not as original. I then found the correct ones in my spare parts bin, Joe Curto in NY most probably has the correct ones in stock 718-762-7878

Thanks Joe, Ken's is my never-fail place, first place I tried. Also the harware place on RT 9 in Forked River. I just may go back to Ken's and talk with them again, they might be able to order what I need.

Well, I gave up looking locally and called Joe Curto on Long Island. Had them in 2 days.

Joe Curto has an amazing array of SU and Stromberg parts, and of course a tremendous amount of knowledge to go along with the parts he sells. I am glad he had the clips in stock
