Due to continued grousing by the management at Woody's, we have decided to change the place and time of our regular monthly meetings. Our new time is the second Thursday of the month at 8:00 PM, and the new location is Adelphia 72 (formerly the Edge of Town. Yes, "that Edge of Town" where we met until the beginning of 2004).
The address, for those who don't know, is 72 Adelphia Road (CR 524) in Farmingdale. That's on the same road as Woody's and about 2-3 miles to the west onthe other side of town.

The next meeting is July 14, then? I would love to attend. I have been interested in British cars for a while now. I am finally starting to do some real research to learn about all the different makes and models. The Mini was the first car to catch my eye, but now I'm looking into MG's, Triumphs. etc.

Yes, July 14 would be our next regular meeting, and you're more than welcome to attend. The meeting begins at 8:00, but if you get there early, say any time after 6:30, there will normally be one or more LBCs in the parking lot and you can chat with the owners. The meetings are help in a restaurant so you can get some dinner if you like.
If you can't wait that long to do some more research into British cars, we are having a show tomorrow (June 19th) from 10:00-2:00 at the municipal park on Allaire Road in Spring Lake Heights. If the weather is good, you might expect 40 cars or more of all descriptions. Be sure to introduce yourself and find a club member who can help you find an officer, who will tell you all you need to know about the club.
Good luck!

Sorry you couldn't make it. Please note that our August (2005) meeting will not be at Adelphia 72, but rather at some open air meeting place somewhere in Sea Girt, Spring Lake or thereabouts. Details and directions will be released in the next newsletter, and we will also post these at the restaurant on the day of the meeting.
Still, August will likely not be the easiest month to find us if you want to attend a first meeting. Contact President Mike Neuhaus for details.
